The arts and cultural attractions are essential to creating a sense of place that is not just about how we work, but also about how we live, learn and play. Entrepreneurship and economic growth are a result of a hard-working and well-educated workforce combined with forward-thinking civic and business leadership. To attract and retain such a business economy requires access to a lifestyle that includes environments that inspire, challenge, entertain, educate and contribute to a thriving economy, social connections, community cohesion and a high quality of life for the community.
