Established in 1976, the Southwest Florida Community Foundation promotes philanthropy and builds a spirit of community to enhance the quality of life for all citizens throughout Lee, Charlotte, Hendry, Glades and Collier counties. The Foundations administers more than 314 endowed funds and has $57 million in assets.

Through the generosity of its donors, the Southwest Florida Community Foundation has awarded more than $30 million in grants and scholarships.
